About Connect to Work
We believe that everyone that wants to work can do so, with the right support.

Connect to Work is a free employment programme delivered locally by Into Work Advice Service Cardiff.
We support people that want to work, who face complex barriers to finding or keeping a job. This includes:
- disabled people,
- people with long-term health conditions,
- people with learning disabilities,
- people with autism, and
- carers.
Our aim is simple. If you want to work, we want to help you find something meaningful that matches your skills, interests, and ambitions. We will provide the tailored and individual support you need to succeed.
The wider aims of Connect to Work are to:
- help address unemployment, and
- expand employment opportunities for people who experience barriers.

We also provide advice and support for employers, to help keep employees in work.

Cardiff’s Connect to Work programme is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Our approach is based on the proven supported employment model ’place, train and maintain’.
